Mission Statement:
To protect all people within the boundaries of the City of Tupelo and to uphold the Constitutions of the State of Mississippi and of the United States of America.
COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING
C.O.P. (Community Oriented Policing) Services’ goal is to maintain a partnership between the citizens of the community and the Tupelo Police Department by maintaining liaisons with the citizenry and the merchants and identifying and resolving community problems.
