COLLECTION AND BILLING OFFICE
Our Collection and Billing Office is at 333 Court Street and is open from 8 a. m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For customer convenience, we offer a drive-thru window and an after-hours drop-box for payments. If you have any questions concerning your bill, please call us at 662-841-6470 or contact us at Carol.Botts@tupeloms.gov.
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OFFICE
Our Operations and Maintenance Office is at 320 North Front St., and is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also have an operator who works after hours and on weekends to accept cut-off payments and emergency service calls. Our repair office can be reached by calling 662-841-6460, or by e-mailing Johnny.Timmons@tupeloms.gov
